We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed on Taldiva LLC's online stores. If a store shows more specific conditions for a product, those conditions also apply.
1. Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
2. Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, some items (such as underwear, swimwear or personal care products) can only be returned if they are sealed and unopened, unless they are faulty.
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned, unless faulty.
3. How to start a return
- Email contact@taldiva.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.
5. Return shipping
For returns where the item is not faulty, the customer pays the return shipping cost, unless stated otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us. Where stock allows, we'll exchange the item; otherwise we'll refund it so you can place a new order.
8. Order cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it has shipped. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number.
